Dinner Tickets: $75 per person
Table Sponsor: $850 per table (seating for 10)
Raffle Tickets: 2 for $10 or a book fo 5 for $20
Grand Prize Raffle is a Hawaiian Get-A-Way in a Maui Condo for a 1 week stay!

Child Care is available at Bladium from 6pm-11pm for only $15 per child. Children, ages 3-16, are welcome for a supervised night of soccer, rock climbing, dodgeball and more. Click here for the registration forms. Child care will be on a first come first serve basis, so be sure to send in your form as soon as possible.
