Don't be afraid to talk to us

Have you ever researched a product or item online and then gone to the store or mall to see it, touch it and finally maybe buy it? Didn't you have a last question or two maybe more for the staff at the store before your purchase?
Real Estate is no different. Talking to a Realtor at an open house, picking up the phone and asking a question that's concerned you, is no different, it can be very insightful. Some people feel they should not speak when touring an open house and not ask their questions. Is it because once they have speak to a Realtor they feel they have created a business relationship? That couldn't be further from the truth. If that were the case I'd have so many friends at Home Depot I wouldn't know what to do with them all. We are there to answer your questions about Real Estate, more specifically questions regarding that specific home. Yes, some will say the realtor is holding the home open to solicit buyers or sellers. Are they going to handcuff you, place a pen in your hand and force you to sign a contract? I don't think so. Make no mistake, we in the business love to make contact with buyers and sellers. It is how we make a living. You won't find any pressure with Nancy and I, there is no need for them. We realize it is you and you're hard earned dollars making the purchase. If however you are using the services of a Realtor already we would ask that you direct your questions the agent who is representing you. It's their knowledge that led you to them in the first place, isn't it? Remember, you do the hiring.
We know our city, its neighborhoods, its market and we know how to market Alameda very well. To that end, just how did you come across our website?
Need I say more?
