Our Loyalty Rewards Program

 

Did you know that many Realtors reward loyalty from past clients? Smile We understand if you had an unsettling experience with your Realtor previously that you would not be so likely to return to use their services. It's like returning to a Doctor who misdiagnosed a health issue... It'll never happen again. Sad

But, it seems like more sellers are ignoring a very simple rule of thumb. If you were happy with their services when you bought your home why wouldn't you give them a call when you sell? It means possibly a cash credit back to you after a closing for trusting them one more time.

Have you ever had a favorite server in your favorite restaurant? Did he or she give you a little extra salad dressing or a larger slice of pie for dessert? Big Smile It's along the same lines. We always make it a point to give our clients service above and beyond what they expect and at the end mention if you know of anyone looking to buy or sell just pass our names and telephone numbers along.

I'll talk about referrals in another post, they are different.

Remember if you are dealing with Nancy and I we are the only ones you deal with, you are not handed over to an assistant to handle the finer details of your transaction. That's where we would hope the trust is instilled in our clients. Okay... that's another topic too.
