Four New Anchor Tenants for Alameda Towne Centre in 2007

As part of the $75,000,000 redevelopment, Alameda Towne Centre has announced four new anchor stores for 2007.

Bed, Bath & Beyond, Borders Books, TJ Maxx, and Old Navy will be the latest retailers to join a growing list of other tenants that they are working on currently. 

They should also be announcing additional tenants in the next few months including ladies apparel & shoes, both teen & children’s apparel, and many great food operators to name a few. They will be releasing a press release shortly and it will go into detail on timing and location in the shopping center.
