Happy Holidays Eveyone!

Nancy and I will be taking the next couple of weekends off from holding Open Houses to enjoy the holidays. As far as the market goes properties are selling, inventory is below 100 units. As you can see two of our listings have gone pending in the last week and half. Mortgage rates are fluctuating a little bit but still remain low. We will see what the New Year holds but if the last month is any indicator it could be a brisk start to the New Year.
